LEARNING DISABILITIES SERVICES TEAM LEADER(S) (ADULT SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES - LURGAN
Post 1 (TL/CL/FT/12.1) 39HPW
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Professional qualification in Social Work, First Level Nursing, AND knowledge of the learning disability field. OR NVQ Level IV in Care AND 2 years' paid caring experience in the learning disability field.
- Availability to work unsocial hours and additional sleep in duties as required.
- Full valid driver's licence on application and access to own transport on appointment.
RELIEF TEAM LEADER Post 2 REF NO: xrrucu12.1 ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Professional qualification in Social Work OR First Level Nursing
- Knowledge of the learning disability group * Experience of working in a caring field with adults or children with disabilities
- Full valid driving licence on application and access to own transport
- Available to work unsocial hours and additional sleep in duties
SUPPORT WORKER(S) ADULT SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES - LURGAN Post 3 - Permanent Support Worker, Full Time, 39 hpw Post 4 - Permanent Support Worker, Part-Time, 32 hpw Post 5 - Permanent Support Worker(s), Part- Time 24hpw Post(s) 3-5 is being offered either Qualified Support Worker or Apprentice Support Worker.
QUALIFIED SUPPORT WORKER - FULL TIME Ref No: QSW/FT/CL/12.1 QUALIFIED SUPPORT WORKER - PART TIME 32 HPW Ref No: QSW/PT/12.2 QUALIFIED SUPPORT WORKER (5) - PART TIME 24 hpw Ref No: QSW/PT/12.3
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Interest in caring;
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Minimum of NVQ Level II in Health and Social Care OR Professional Qualification in Social Work or First Level Nursing
- Available to work unsocial hours
- Full valid driving license on application and access to own transport on appointment or demonstrate alternative mobility arrangements.
APPRENTICE SUPPPORT WORKER - FULL TIME Ref No: ASW/FT/CL/12 APPRENTICE SUPPORT WORKER-PART-TIME 32HPW Ref No: ASWCL/PT/12.2 APPRENTICE SUPPORT WORKER(S)PART-TIME 24 HPW Ref No: ASW CL/PT/12.3
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Interest in caring
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Available to work unsocial hours
- You must be willing to work towards and competent in achieving NVQ Level III in Health and Social Care.
- Full valid driving licence on application and access to own transport on appointment or demonstrate alternative mobility arrangements Apprenticeship will be subject to an NVQ Provider being obtained by the organisation. Apprentice Salary is £12,330 per annum.
POST 6 - TEMPORARY SUPPORT WORKER, FULL TIME, 39HPW TO COVER A PERIOD OF MATERNITY LEAVE Ref No: TSW/FT/CL/12.1 ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR TEMPORARY POSTS

- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Available to work unsocial hours and waking nights and additional sleep in duties
- Full valid licence on application and access to own transport on appointment or demonstrate alternative mobility arrangements
POST 7 RELIEF SUPPORT WORKER Ref No: RSW/CL/12.1 ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Interest in caring
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Full valid driving licence on application and access to own transport
- Available to work unsocial hours and additional sleep in duties
CLOSING DATE: 4:30pm Friday 31st August 2012 INTERVIEW DATE: Interviews will be held before Friday 14th September 2012.
