Duties:
To assess, produce and evaluate individualised care plans Assist the residents with their daily activities of living Lead the care team under your responsibility Medication administration Provide in-house training to the home care team Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team To support the manager with rostering and reports when necessary
Requirements:
Registered RMN/ Registered Mental Nurse PIN Number 1 years plus experience
