Duties Include:
- Prescribing and delivering care to Elderly clients
- Ensuring all care prescribed and delivered is person centred.
- Ensuring the care team works together to ensure the delivery of the best possible care.
- To be responsible and accountable for the delivery of the highest standards of care possible to residents.
- To assist in the supervision of staff and ensure their adherence to the policies of the home.
- Applicants must be registered with NMC with a valid PIN.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years post registration experience and at least 1 year adult nursing experience.
- Must display good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
