Location: Knockbracken Health Care Park, Belfast.
Due to t! he forthcoming retirement of the current postholder the Business Service Organisation (BSO) wishes to recruit to this significant leadership role.
The HSC Clinical Education Centre was established within BSO in November 2011to provide In-Service Education to Nurses, Midwives and AHPs employed in the Health and Social Care sector. The Centre also provides a range of clinical education services to the voluntary, community and independent sectors.
The successful candidate will be: -
on the NMC/ Health Professions Council live register and educated to degree level, have a relevant post graduate qualification and Have at least 3 years’ experience working in a senior management capacity in Health and Social Care or in a senior role in professional education/training and
able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and experience of the Nurse Education and Training sector.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional people management and customer relationships skills alongside a proven track record of achievement in the delivery of sustainable change and innovation.
