Our client is a private health organisation that specialises in personalised and prev! entative medication. They are now on the lookout for a Private General Practitioner to join their team.

This is the ideal role for an attentive, knowledgeable GMC registered GP looking to work with a leader in the private health sector. Joining an exclusive and expanding company, the successful candidate will join a team of world-class scientists and experienced doctors within a culture of expertise and clinical acumen.

As a Private General Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing private consultations to patients and other customers within our client’s service. Your role will incorporate working with both individual and corporate clients.

Providing a visiting service to patients and customers, you will enable consultations to take place at a time and place that fits in with the customers’ needs.

You will work closely with teams of Scientists, Doctors and Nurses to facilitate consultations and support development and innova! tion of the clinical areas.

Striving to provide the h! ighest standard of evidence-based care, you will discuss all positive and negative test results and offer appropriate counselling. You will also provide preventative health and lifestyle interventions, discuss further investigations and arrange onward referrals and prescriptions as required.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

• A minimum of five years’ experience, post full registration, with at least 12 months’ in General Practice or equivalent
• Full GMC Registration
• Membership of the Professional Indemnity Organisation

The ideal Private General Practitioner will have an MRCGP, MRCP or equivalent certification. Experience of working within the private health sector would also be beneficial. A proven track record of working in preventative medicine, occupational health, screening or wellness and lifestyle environments would be equally favourable.

Please note, our client offers this role a! s a permanent position or a consultancy contract depending on candidates’ availability.
