Country Manager


 

  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business in KSA, including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and customer service.
  • Apply the our company’s policy for each brand and ensure we achieve qualitative as well as quantitative objectives for the KSA market.
  • Put a clear vision for our company to become a leader in the KSA skin care market.
  • Maintain good relationships with our distributors, pharmacy chains and dermatologists.
  • Hire, manage, evaluate, and motivate the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure the success of launches and campaigns on a 360 level: Medical-POS-Digital.
  • Anticipate market evolution and adapt sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure that local sales and export targets are achieved.
  • Implement trade marketing strategies for both existing and new products, in the Saudi market.
  • Implement product launches in the Saudi market.
  • Manage budgets and finances, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Handle directly the accounts of all our distributors in KSA.
  • Coordinate with Head office on day-to-day operations.


Requirements

  • University degree in Life Science / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in the Saudi market, holding a similar position (Country Manager, General Manager, Commercial Director…).
  • Extensive experience in the KSA skin care market, is a must.
  • Experience with multinational companies is a must.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
  • Excellent leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team of employees and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions
  • Proven ability to drive successful product launches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and geographies.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
