As AUTOSAR Specialist, you will join our team located in Turin, in charge of delivering customer support in Europe. Thanks to your sensitive approach to client’s needs, you will guide our European customers in building their automotive software architectures, providing them Training, knowledge transfer and solving issues through our support line. You will enable customers to use our high quality, optimized, safe and secure AUTOSAR toolchain for safety/performance critical use-cases, such as engine control modules, battery management systems and high-performance network gateways. During this activity you will gain deep knowledge of AUTOSAR, the related toolchain and automotive software architectures in general.
You will…
- Deliver AUTOSAR Trainings to our customers
- Deliver customized knowledge transfer activities (Coaching) to our customers
- Take care of customer requests and answer product-related questions
- Analyze reported issues, e.g. by recreating customer environments and reproducing them, debug the software and develop fixes/workarounds when necessary
- Support product demonstrations, execution of pilot projects and evaluations with our customers
- Work together with the Product Development team helping on understanding customer requirements and pain points
- Teach customers and colleagues how to use and integrate our software by using and creating example code
Key qualifications
- Master of Science in Computer/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
- Strong motivation, curiosity, and customer orientation
- Experience with C software development
- Good spoken and written communications skills (Italian and English language required)
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with Embedded System programming
- Familiarity with automotive MCU targets (e.g. IFX Tricore AURIX, NXP S32, Renesas RH850, Power Architecture) and related Compilers (e.g. Hightec, GHS, WR, Tasking)
- Familiarity with Real-Time Operative Systems (RTOS)
- Familiarity with common automotive vehicle networks (CAN, Ethernet, LIN) and diagnostic protocols (UDS)
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR Classic
- Familiarity with ISO 26262
