A world-leading semiconductor firm is recruiting a HR Manager in Taiwan to join their team. In this job, you will be responsible for leading the business in its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuing the company's development strategy, carrying out the human resource management planning, cultivation and development plan
- Work closely with HQ HR and factory management to drive strategic factory HR management related projects
- Responsible for talent and manpower recruitment, selection, appointment, and deep cultivation of local employer brand recruitment and campus connection
- Link the training development system and blueprint of the headquarters, design and implement the exclusive training system at the factory
- In response to laws and regulations and the needs of factory operations, promote attendance, shift scheduling, and related manpower management and system optimization
- Communicate and coordinate with the headquarters, each factory area and inter-departmental departments in the factory to maintain employee relations and promote labor-management relations
Key Requirements:
- More than three years experience in factory human resources supervisor
- Should have rich professional human resources and management knowledge
- Need to be good at communication and coordination, and have basic English communication skills
- Experience as a human resources supervisor in a semiconductor manufacturing factory is a plus
