Human Resources Director


 

Maple Run Unified School District is seeking a collaborative, people-first Human Resources Director. A successful candidate will hold the expertise to collaboratively lead the Human Resources department to improve HR processes, practices, personnel policies, and recommend changes to school and district administration. The Human Resources Director is responsible for supervising and supporting the Human Resource department in all personnel functions and programs. This includes issues raised by employees and matters related to employment, compensation and benefits, labor negotiations, and employee relations.

Preferred candidates will have a combination of education, training, and experience to be successful in both educational and human resources settings. Preferred qualifications include academic study in human resources management, AASPA and/or SHRM certification, and a Vermont educator or principal endorsement to be able to support component schools.
