What will I be doing?
As the Development Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the brand portfolio of Hilton
- Evaluates and identifies business opportunities for further expansion of Hilton.
- Maintain accurate and up to date project information in the O2NUG database
- Work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to close deals
- Support Directors to complete the internal deal process including Development Authority preparation, DD
- Conducts market specific research and compiles reports for the team.
- Uses the Business Intelligence tools to research markets and potential opportunities or restrictions for
- Designs and prepares departmental reports and presentations (i. e. charts, graphs, tables, business plans).
- Increases network of potential new owners.
- Works with other team members as instructed within the region assisting with volume of requests to
- Ability to manage a range of competing priorities and demands through strong time management skills
What are we looking for?
A Development Manager serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Minimum Education: bachelor's degree or above in hospitality, real estate, finance, business administration,
- Minimum Years of Experience: more than 3 years of relevant working experiences. Have experiences of dealing
firms, consulting firms and etc.
Additional Requirements:
a. 50% of travel time.
b. Proficient in verbal and written English.
c. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
d. Strong logical thinking, numerical reasoning and data management skills are essential.
e. Strong communication & interpersonal skills
f. Excellent presentation, public speaking and networking skills,
g. Highly motivated, Down-to-earth, hard-working, target-oriented, client-focus
h. Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
i. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work. Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding
sensitive information.
