We are looking for a Senior Process Mapping Manager within Central Process Mapping Team which is embedded within Group Operational Risk unit. The team works closely with stake-holders both within the risk unit and throughout the business to directly produce business process maps or to provide SME support for de-centralised production or maintenance of business process maps.
YOUR MISSION:
- Prepare, design and deliver transversal business process maps for technology processes (e.g. IT operations, infrastructure, development, security) identifying key controls and tasks in a clear concise manner;
- Prepare and lead workshops and interviews with business stake-holders to gather information required for scoping and production of maps. Source internal documentation (e.g. policy, procedures, RCSA) to support the mapping;
- Prepare and present summary review of maps with conclusions and recommendations to risk and business stake-holders.
- Work closely with risk and business stake-holders to ensure control gaps, deficiencies, structural and/or efficiency issues identified through mapping are fully assessed and formalised with remediation plans where required;
- Support Group Operational Risk colleagues to review/reconcile completed process maps against Risk and Control Self Assessments;
- Report progress against Annual Process Mapping Plan;
- Engage as required with ad-hoc projects.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Strong knowledge of private bank technology processes, front to back, and IT internal controls with a minimum of 10 years’ varied experience in private banking, ideally within a risk and control, business transformation or consultancy role (e.g. ITIL and/or COBIT certifications or knowledge is a plus);
- Strong “hands on” knowledge of business process mapping methodology and tools (e.g. SAP Signavio, MS Visio) with minimum 5 years’ experience in a banking technology environment;
- Solid understanding of bank operational risks and control methodology (e.g. Fraud, Process, IT Security, Information, Regulatory Risk etc.). Experience using GRC tools (OSX, ServiceNow) is a significant plus;
- Strong working knowledge with process mapping tools (e.g. SAP Signavio) and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Keen attention to detail, with an enquiring mind and ability to quickly understand new subjects;
- Team player who can work independently, take ownership of assigned activities and operate effectively at all levels and areas across the business;
- French mother tongue with strong spoken and written English (documentation produced in English);
- Swiss Domicile or willingness to relocate.
