What You Will Be Responsible For

The Four Seasons Hotel Macao is looking for a Western Kitchen Commis. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in Food & Beverage Culinary are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Kitchen team, candidate has the responsibility to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

We are looking for individuals who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. Applicants are required to have a minimum of 1 year of Food & Beverage Culinary experience in a 5 stars hotel and have Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and kitchen operation essential.
