Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties such as stocktaking and restocking of stationery supplies inventory, pantry supplies, etc.
- Support operations in documents filing, scanning and photocopying.
- Ensure timely processing of DC access requests and follow up with the requestor on any clarifications that may be required.
- Raise the change request in system for maintenance works, repair works andupgrading works. Track and monitor the approval status, giving requester areminder if change request has not approved 3 days before the execution of works.
- Assist Customer to organise in any company event or function.
- Any other administrative works that assigned by Customer.
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum O Level.
Preferred Skills / Others
- 3 Years of field experience in administration.
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and email
