As part of our growth, we are seeking an Asset Surveyor to validate and carryout condition grading of building service assets throughout our client estates.
Location: Belfast , With Nationwide travel
Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday 37.5 Hours
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
The Asset Surveyor will :
  • Attend various client sites regionally/nationally to carry out asset validation and condition grading surveys.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of building assets and structures.
  • Capture and record existing asset data information.
  • Accurately evaluate and grade asset condition.
  • Can work independently or as part of a team of surveyors.
  • Work closely with the asset manager to develop forward maintenance programmes for presentation to clients.
  • Programme and plan surveys to minimise disruption to building users.

About You

Essential Criteria

  • Proficient in the use of IT equipment such as P.C, Tablet, Smartphone etc.
  • Proficient of Microsoft excel.
  • Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services trade Qualification.
  • Normal eyesight colour vision.
  • Full UK drivers’ licence.
  • Ability to successfully complete security clearance (Non-Police Personnel Vetting and Access NI).

Desirable Criteria

  • Understanding of BIM COMie standards.
  • Experience working to SFG20 standards.
