Reception/Office Admin


 

To work in a busy HGV garage in Irlam, Manchester

Job Description

- Greeting customers in reception

- Answering incoming phone calls

- Filing job cards & invoices

- Inputting purchase invoices onto Quickbooks

- General day to day office duties

- Updating customers

- Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm -- Fridays 8am - 4.30pm

- 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays

- Attendance bonus scheme and workplace pension

experience working in commercial motor industry a bonus

knowledge of Quickbooks a bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.00 per hour
