Business Support Assistant - Manchester City Centre
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
Introduction:
Our Manchester office is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Business Support Team, providing professional, flexible, and high-standard administrative support to Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, and fee-earners across the business.
The Role:
As a Business Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support services to the office. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors at the reception.
- Handling copying, printing, and scanning requirements.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, including couriers, packages, and special deliveries.
- Assisting with the preparation of various documents and correspondence.
- Aiding in new client onboarding procedures, including AML checks, Letters of Engagement, and proactive follow-ups with relevant teams.
- Maintaining the client database.
- Supporting team members and providing cover when needed to ensure timely and high-quality completion of tasks.
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
The Team:
You will be part of the wider Business Support Team and report to the Executive Assistant/Office Manager.
The Office:
This role will be based in our Manchester Office.

- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
- Good command of the English language and grammar.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Prior administration experience in a busy environment is desirable.
