Regional Real Estate Assistant


 

As part of a busy, fast-paced department, you'll help us keep things running like clockwork.

The scale of the Real Estate projects we're undertaking is huge. And that's why we need a team of organised, efficient and astute administrators. You'll log requests for funds and invoices, produce site details and manage diaries. Plus, you'll control all service charges, lease and rent information. In short, you'll make sure our t's are crossed and our i's dotted. It's no mean feat, but it's rewarding.

Our Regional Property Team are looking for an assistant to join the team on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, this role will assist in running the Property department efficiently, accurately and to achieve compliance with all internal and external guidelines and regulations, whilst contributing to a co-operative working environment.

Your New Role

  • Raising orders for construction, equipment and services, ensuring the correct allocation to investors
  • Providing administrative support as required to the Property Director
  • Providing information to National Finance & Administration regarding the financial projection and annual budget
  • Processing of invoices and uploading onto ARIBA system to ensure payments are made in a timely manner
  • Maintaining cost budgets for construction projects
  • Processing reports for relevant parties / bodies following construction projects
  • Managing the Property Department Mailbox and responding to general enquiries
  • Liaising with professional consultants and contractors

About You

  • Previous experience in an office based role
  • A professional approach with a high level of discretion and integrity
  • Exceptional levels of organisation and time management
  • Proactive and reactive ability, able to prioritise a high volume of tasks
  • Positivity, drive and self-sufficiency
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

  • Salary details £31,100 rising to 39,285
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
