1. WARD SISTER/CHARGE NURSE BAND 7* Paediatric Medical Ward, Ulster Hospital, Belfast Maynard Sinclair Ward is a 20-bed medical ward in a large, progressive children’s unit. We look after children with a range of medical conditions including complex needs, diabetes, asthma/allergy and epilepsy as well as children with infectious diseases. We are looking for an experienced paediatric nurse with excellent clinical skills, who can lead a highly motivated, friendly team providing holistic, familycentred care. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you. 2. PAEDIATRIC DIABETES CLINICAL NURSE SPECIALIST X 2 Paediatric Diabetes Service, Ulster Hospital We are increasing the nursing support available to children and young people with Diabetes within the South Eastern Trust. The post holders will be an integral part of an innovative and dynamic team who already provide an excellent service to their clients. We are keen to develop the service further, including the expansion of our Insulin Pump Therapy Service and the CHOICE Structured Education Programme. If you are interested in helping families and young people to achieve a healthy lifestyle while managing a chronic illness we would love to hear from you.
