Salary Negotiable Relocation may be available for the RIGHT candidate

An exciting opportunity to join a diverse organisation. You will be a Registered Care Home Manager RGN / RNLD with the ability to deliver timely results in a purpose-built residential and nursing home. Our client offers specialist dementia care or short term respite care.

• You will have a minimum of 2 years experience managing a Care Home

or have been a Deputy Manager now wishing to move into a more senior post.

• You must be an effective communicator / leader / organised /

knowledge of P & L / ability to recognize both individual and your team limitations and empathy, whilst delivering excellent nursing standards.

• You will hold a valid Pin and be conversant with managing your own

P & L

• Manage and lead by example by exceeding expectations and raising

standards, continually striving to provide excellence in terms of the day to day management and nursing

• Continue to develop your own portfolio
• Have the ability to recognise yours and others limitations.

As a Care Manager you will de designated as the registered manager in accordance with Care Quality Commission requirements.
