We support people with physical needs who require assistance ! and care. The homely and comfortable environment enables us to provide person centred care tailored to the needs of our residents. Our dedicated and trained team of staff in the home provide a high standard of care to enhance resident’s quality of life.
To undertake and manage direct patient care, having participated fully in the assessment, planning and evaluation of care needs. Undertake the delivery of care, including individual and group sessions, to agreed quality standards as prescribed by internal procedures and health legislation.
