Responsibilities:
- Enter financial data accurately into accounting software.
- Maintain and update financial records.
- Reconcile account balances and bank statements.
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports.
- Verify the accuracy of financial data and documents.
- Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable.
- Collaborate with other departments to collect financial data.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in data entry, preferably in accounting or finance.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
