Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Qualification: DAE Mechanical or DAE Electrical
Experience : 3 to 4 years
Location: Malir Cantt, Karachi
Responsibilities
· Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
· Checking Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, and Pneumatic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
· Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
· Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
· Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of FEI machinery/equipment.
· Coordination with Contractors, Suppliers, and 3rd party service providers to ensure smooth completion of projects/troubleshooting
· Installation and Commissioning of Machines / Equipment in FEI
· Getting Training of Machines / Safety related from Concerned service providers / Manufacturers
· Local Spare Parts Handling
· All Utilities related issues handling
· Building Maintenance
· FEI internal Complaint Handling

Salary: From Rs40,000.00 per month

- Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
