MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Ensure the calls to the Guest Service Center are promptly answered and requested followed through to the concerned department. Responsible for telephone sales and reservation taking for all Food & Beverage outlets and to establish and maintain the F&B database.

REQUIREMENTS:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered
Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

Fluent communication skills in Mandarin will be strongly considered

Willing to do night shift
Minimum degree from vocational school
Minimum one year of work experience in a similar capacity in hospitality or tourism industry
Fresh graduates with notable internship experience from a reputable Hotel Academy are welcome to apply

Good knowledge with Opera PMS
Excellent verbal communication skill and displays initiative
Skillful with computer application and speed typing
Fast learner and eager to learn new knowledges
Flexible and able to work in shift (night shift and weekend)
