More about your role

We are looking for an amazing person to join our team and make a real difference to our customers experience – these newly created roles will be a great opportunity for you to come in and make your mark on our customer experience.

You will act as an advocate for our customers, offering a service that is tailored to their needs and resolving their complaints, ensureing a positive and encouraging experience from start to finish. You will find opportunities and look at new ways of working that make sense to our customer

Dealing with complaint calls can be difficult the Customer Resolution Co-Ordinators will be the driving force behind turning a bad experience into a positive one, handling disputes with genuine care, the type of service you'd want to write a 5 star review about!!

More about you

As with all customer service roles you will have a genuine passion for helping people, you will be super organised and great at getting to the heart of what's bothering our customers. If helping people is right up your street, then we want to hear from you!

Experience in dispute resolution & complaint handling will be fab, but also its your personality that counts! You will have the ability to relate to our customer, understand their frustrations, and manage difficult conversations. You will be positive with a capital P!

You will be a top notch multitasker, taking calls and making notes, being able to articulate customer complaints and using your amazing writing skills to put this all down on paper and produce quality written responses
