Successful candidates will need to demonstrate the following, although the list is not exhaustive.
- Have experience of supporting individuals/groups within a busy social care environment.
- Must be able to drive
- Be a strong team player.
- Be able to, work on your own initiative when required.
- Show good standards of recording and reporting skills.
- Assist with the setup of rooms/Hall by moving furniture and setting up audio visual aids
- Carry out general cleaning duties as required in the buildings and grounds
- Monitor and maintain a high standard of health and safety
- Mandatory and all other training as required to support the service users within a Social Care setting.
- Working hours will be on Monday to Friday, Daytime /Evenings, working hours will be confirmed on appointment of this Vacancy
- Working knowledge of Audio/Visual aids and systems would be advantage, but not essential
- Previous experience in a Social care setting would an advantaged, but not essential
- Musical/Vocal background would an advantaged, but not essential
