After an extended period of stable and strong growth, my client is now seeking a motivated and talented individual to join their team. My client is interested in working with experienced recruiters with a professional, committed and consultative approach and have need for a Senior Recruitment Consultant and potentially a less-experienced Consultant.

With premises located in a very attractive and desirable area of Belfast, my client offers a close-knit, supportive and highly professional fast paced and fun environment in beautiful surroundings, with an emphasis on high-quality delivery and nurturing long-term client relationships. Role Reports To: Operations Manager Overall Purpose of the Job  To develop new business within the private sector, while building relationships with candidates and clients.  To recruit and place Health Care Assistants and Nurse s within the NHS and private sector.  To ensure that all candidates are compliant with RQIA standards and the standards of the client and the business.

Key activities of the role  Self managed and proactive business development, in particular developing new clients within the private healthcare sector.  Developing relationships with existing staff and clients  Recruitment and retention of temporary nursing staff.  Interviewing and appraising care assistants.  Matching healthcare workers to the exacting requirements of the Health and Social Care Trust s and Private Healthcare Clients.

 Working with the Operations Manager and other staff to meet recruitment, staff retention, quality assurance and sales targets and payroll invoicing deadlines.  Dealing with customer service queries including compliments and complaints, and ensuring they are dealt with accordingly, along with the business process.  Ad-hoc assignments as delegated by the Operations Manager. There is significant potential for career development within this role and based on successful performance the post holder may in a short space of time become solely responsible for private sales, recruitment and business development within this area.

Desired Skills & Experience You will be educated to a high standard preferably to third level and in addition you will have a minimum of one to two year s previous experience in temporary and or permanent recruitment ideally within the Healthcare sector either in a Recruitment Agency or In-house environment. In addition my client is interested in individuals who are able to demonstrate a solid track record of sales or presales background within the Recruitment Industry and who are interested in developing their professional sales career within the Healthcare recruitment industry. The post holder will also be required to be flexible and willing to work occasional on call evening and weekend, shifts and will require a full clean driving licence. Hours of Work From Monday to Friday, you'd be working from either 8:30 until 5:00 pm or from 9:00 until 5:30 pm.

Flexibility within the team is a key element of the role and in addition you will be required to work on an on call basis from home on average one evening a week, and one weekend in five and will receive additional shift allowances in return.. You work would be a mix of desk-based and field based work. Once experienced, as a Commercial Recruitment Consultant your work will involve travel to visit employers and so a driving licence is essential.
