Skills needed to apply:
- Candidates MUST be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC pin
- Have at least 2 years experience as a Staff Nurse
- Have a genuine interest in caring for the Elderly client.
- Have a passion for caring for others
- Be available to work Monday-Sunday on a rota basis.
Duties Include:
- Responsibility for assisting the Home Manager with the overall running of the Home. Deputising for the Home Manager when required.
- Taking an active clinical lead you will supervise and manage a staff team whilst leading by example at all times.
- The role requires someone who can use their own initiative and enthusiasm to motivate a staff team, ensuring quality person centered care is delivered at all times.
