DIRECTOR OF P! RIMARY CARE AND OLDER PEOPLE/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF NURSING

Salary: Level 4 £71,992-£95,989 per annum
The South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust was established in 2007. With an income of £540 million and approximately 10,000 employees, the Trust is responsible for a wide range of integrated health and social care services to a population in the region of 440,000 people within the Newtownards, North Down, Lisburn, Down and surrounding areas.
The Director of Primary Care and Older People/Executive Director of Nursing will act as both an Executive Director and a member of the Trust Board and will provide specialist advice on all professional nursing matters relating to the organisation.
The post holder will be responsible for providing strong and effective professional leadership to ensure safe and effective nursing care in all Directorates within the Trust.
The Director of Primary Care an! d Older People/Executive Director of Nursing will also be acco! untable for the provision of high quality primary care and older people services across the Trust.
The post holder will also lead the Trust’s Safety, Quality and Experience (SQE) programme on behalf of the entire organisation.
