Salary - £45,000 plus benefits
Two experienced Home Managers required by this large and rapidly expanding nursing and spe! cialist care provider. You will each be responsible for complete control of the care home, involving promoting high standards, operating in line with regulatory provisions while at the same time being conscious of the need to maximise the commercial returns. Specific duties will include: care home management, including budgetary control, staff supervision, facilities management, bed management, marketing and PR. To be successful, amongst other skills, you will need to possess: knowledge of the statutory requirements associated with care of the elderly; a sound understanding of the key business activities associated with running a nursing home derived from a successful career in nursing and/or home management. Knowledge of new home commissioning would be useful. Excellent career opportunity within this market leading organisation.
