First Choice Selection Services are currently recruiting Nursing Auxiliary for Hospitals in the Belfast Area - flexible working hours to suit all working circumstances. Wor! king hours could include morning shifts (7:45am to 2pm) afternoon shifts (1pm to 9pm) long days (7am to 9pm) or night duties (7pm to 8am) Hours can be full or part time depending on your availability.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities
To assist in the direct care provision of all aspects of the service users assessed needs, this may include;
Assisting with washing, dressing and undressing
Participate in the basic nursing care of the residents under the supervision of trained staff
Assist patients with their toileting needs, including continence promotion
Change residents' beds and light cleaning duties.
Help in the serving of meals and drinks, feeding those residents who are unable to feed themselves.
Assist in the activities within the home
Monitoring manual obs for patients
Assisting Nurse on shift with administering medications
