Compass Associates are working with a small care provider with 6 home! s based across the city of Belfast who are currently looking to recruit for a registered nurse in one of their homes in Dunmurry. We are seeking experienced nurses with the flexibility to work in a demanding environment with a passion for care of the elderly.
The Service
Catering for elderly service users the home is registered for old age nursing and Dementia. The home is based inDunmurry.
The Candidate
Ideally the candidate will have worked in a nursing home environment although my client will consider candidates with transferable skills from other environments. The successful candidate would be required to work either a full time day's role or full time nights

RGN Nursing Qualification

Previous experience in a nursing home environment

Interview Process
The interview process will be in a one stage format.
Stage One
- Meet with the home manager and discuss post in detail, discuss candidates CV and relevant experience, view the service & competency based questions.
My client is looking for a forward thinking and caring nurse and is offering circa £11.00 - £12.00 per hour dependant on experience which will be discussed at interview.
