HOURS: Day, Night & Weekend duty
CONTRACT:! Part Time & Full Time
RESPONSIBLE TO :
Nursing Home Manager / Deputy Home Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the delivery of quality care by continually assessing patients needs and wishes
Develop, review and update care plans to meet clients changing physical, social and psychological needs
Communicate prefessionally and warmly with visitors including family, friends and other professional bodies
Comply with all R.Q.I.A standards and protocols
Give high standards of nurisng care for you and your team, by ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately
QUALIFICATION:
The applicant must be registered on the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) live reigister and must also hold a valid pin.
