Temporary Sales Administrator â€" Ref: 6866

Based in Mallusk, the successful applicant will assist in the provision of sales administration and reception duties for a minimum period of eight months.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with sales team in relation to customer enquiries
  • Manage the administration of all customer pricing
  • Prepare customer price quotations
  • To compile sales analysis reports for internal and external use
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales function
  • Providing reception duties
Essential Criteria:
  • Good standard of education
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an! administrative role
  • Experience of Excel at an advanc! ed level
  • Proven experience of generating reports in Excel
  • Proven experience of high speed data input experience & accuracy
  • Exceptional communication and organisation skills
  • Be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Computer literate with evidence of data input experience & analytical ability
Desirable Criteria:
  • Experience in sales administration within the FMCG sector

Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday, 8.45am â€" 4.45pm, and Friday, 8.45am â€" 3.45pm (36.5 hours per week).
