Temporary Sales Administrator â€" Ref: 6866
Based in Mallusk, the successful applicant will assist in the provision of sales administration and reception duties for a minimum period of eight months.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaison with sales team in relation to customer enquiries
- Manage the administration of all customer pricing
- Prepare customer price quotations
- To compile sales analysis reports for internal and external use
- Providing general administrative support to the sales function
- Providing reception duties
- Good standard of education
- 3-5 years’ experience in an! administrative role
- Experience of Excel at an advanc! ed level
- Proven experience of generating reports in Excel
- Proven experience of high speed data input experience & accuracy
- Exceptional communication and organisation skills
- Be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Computer literate with evidence of data input experience & analytical ability
- Experience in sales administration within the FMCG sector
Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday, 8.45am â€" 4.45pm, and Friday, 8.45am â€" 3.45pm (36.5 hours per week).
