LOCATION: CARRICKFERGUS- BT38 7AB
SALARY: £7.45 PER HOUR
HOURS: 40HOURS PER WEEK WORKING 8.30AM-5.30PM. CANDIDATES WILL NEED TO BE! FLEXIBLE TO WORK SOME EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS.

THE ROLE
Oasis currently have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Nurse to join our existing team within our Carrickfergus branch. The main aim of this role is to provide efficient and reliable chair-side support to practice clinicians and practice staff to ensure standards are met in line with CQC compliance and HTM-0105. At Oasis we pride ourselves on delivering customer excellence to patients. Our Dental Nurses are an essential part of the practice team and in all aspects of p! atient care.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY'S
- T! o provide chair-side assistance
- Complete patient clinical records
- Develop and change radiographs solutions
- Comply with all practice health &safety
- Always ensure the care and welfare of patients in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner
- Keep the clinical areas and all equipment and instruments clean, tidy and sterile as appropriate , according to the practice's health and safety and infection control procedures and policy's / manufacturer's instructions
- Undergo training as may be required to develop your skills abilities
- Attend refresher and update training for medical emergencies, CPR cross infection
- Comply with all Health and Safety rules and guidance, including PPE, COSHH, Mercury handling, infection control and waste disposal
- Fully qualified Dental Nurse, no experience necessary
- GDC Registered
- Reliable and flexible to meet the req! uirements of the practice
- Excellent communication & team working ability
- Understands & maintains for customer privacy and confidentiality at all times
- PC literate with a meticulous attention to detail
