We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Care assistant in a 75 bedded Nursing and! Residential home in Belfast.
Must have NVQ Level 3.
Successful candidates will ensure the delivery of quality of care by continually assessing our residents needs and wishes.Develop, review and update care plans to meet our clients changing needs. Communicate professionally and warmly with visitors, family, and other health care professionals. Promote high standards of care by ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and shifts run in a smooth and efficient manner. Promote the Home by becoming actively involved in raising awareness of the Home within the local community.
The hourly pay rate is from £6.76 and the shifts are7.45am-8.15pm Days and 8pm-8am Nights, weekends will be included. The successful candidate will need to be flexible.
