We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join our client's busy team at their Aged Care Nursing Facility based in Coleraine, Londonderry. This is a full-time post but we are also interested in applicants looking for a part-time or flexible hours opportunity. Our client is a major provider of UK independent mental health care; dedicated to helping improve people's health and well-being by offering a high standard of services and programmes that are individually tailored to patient's needs. D! uties of the post To assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high s! tandards of nursing care for frail elderly adults requiring both residential and nursing care.
To work within a team, deputising for Senior Staff Nurse in their absence if required. To supervise students and healthcare assistants and assisting in the orientation of new qualified staff. Person requirements Registered Nurse with full NMC (Adult or Mental Health) registration (not requiring a period of supervised placement) Up to date knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000 Minimum of six months relevant post registration clinical experience.
