Job Description

Office Management:

  • Manage all office operations, including facility management, vendor management, and inventory control
  • Ensure that the office is clean, organized, and fully stocked with all necessary supplies
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the office
  • Liaise with building management, IT support, and other service providers to ensure the smooth operation of the office


HR Management:

  • Manage all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
  • Conduct regular employee training and development programs to ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively


Customer Service:

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure that customers are satisfied with the company's products and services
  • Manage customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and efficiently
  • Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve the company's products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty


In addition to the above responsibilities, the Operations Manager will also be responsible for setting up a new office in Thailand. As our company continues to expand globally, we are looking for an experienced manager who can help us establish a strong presence in this market. The Operations Manager will work closely with the senior management team to ensure a smooth and successful launch of our operations in Thailand.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, office management, HR management, or customer service
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
  • Excellent English and Thai communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
