We are looking for an Senior Institutional eFX Business Development Manager whose main mission will be to actively seek new and develop existing relationships with Institutional customers, such as Banks, Asset Managers, Family offices and Corporates. The manager will be responsible for acquisition of new clients, their flow monetization, in the same time improve customer service level and guarantee existent clients retention.
Your missions will are as follows :
- Active acquisition of new Institutional Clients by different means, including own strong network
- To actively seek and look after Institutional Clients such as Banks, Asset Managers, Family offices and Corporates
- Participate in client events, Conferences as ACI and Money Market, Treasury events
- Eager to find and identify new business opportunities in institutional sphere, with main focus on FX Spot and Derivatives, as well as PB FX business.
- Act as the Key Relationship Manager and day-to-day point of contact for all allocated clients queries
- Providing a high quality service meeting customer expectations in terms of efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and professionalism of response through the customer's preferred channel of distribution
- Be a hard worker to meet personal and team targets
- Post-trade analysis through existing tools and close cooperation with Liquidity Management Team and Dealing Desk.
- Participation in the Institutional FX Projects focusing on development of electronic tools for Institutional FX clients
- Interacting with different teams to resolve client needs such as Treasury, Middle-Office, Risk and Dev teams
- Ability to communicate effectively in a verbal and written form in multiple languages, English being mandatory
- 5 years’ experience in a sell side electronic FX role (Bank or non-Bank).
- Highly motivated and reliable personality able to work under stressful situations.
- Master in Economics, Mathematics, Finance or equivalent.
- Having an existing portfolio of clients, such as Banks, Asset Managers, Family offices and Companies
- Good knowledge and experience working with technologies as FXall, Bloomberg, 360T, Integral, Lucera.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office package.
- You have a talent in dealing with people and strong communications skills.
- You are an ambitious self-starter, eager to achieve and exceed targets.
- You have the ability to adapt yourself to a changing environment in a fast growing Bank.
- You have an open-minded and team-oriented spirit.
