- To identify market requirements and grow the business.
- Responsible for detailed channel management and dealers’ target.
- To monitor and build market shares in the market.
- To lead dealers to achieve key performance measures and solve their inquiries on products, promotions and after-sales services.
- To maximize brand presence and awareness in the market.
- To manage channel development and relationship management.
Job Requirements
- Working experience in the IT network or CCTV field is required.
- Experience in managing distribution channel relationships in sales is preferred.
- Have strong relationship management skills.
- Resourceful and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated and good coordination skills.
