As Rightdose Pharmacy is growing, so is the requirement for our Pouch service. This is a vital service that helps people on multi medicines manage these medicines and ensures they take it properly.
As such, we are looking to recruit 2 experienced dispensers to join the team. Why would this position be a nice change for you? This is because at the warehouse, we are surrounded by tech and not public facing. This allows you to enjoy the day and manage the processes and work as part of a multi disciplinary team! You honestly wont regret it!
The position is for a Hub Dispenser, the responsibilities will be as follows:
- 1. Labelling prescriptions ready to send to the robots.
- 2. Using the robots to create and dispense pouches.
- 3. Maintain stock levels and dispense extras.
- 4. Stock check and expiry check. The usual pharmacy things!
So what are the specifics:
- We are open from 7am-6pm, Mon-Fri and 8am-5pm on a Sat.
- You would do 5 days, 8 hours a day over the week. This would be based on a rota system.
- Salary would be dependent on experience and qualification. We pay per qualification and we upskill all staff.
- 4 weeks annual leave and 9 bh allowance, so 29 days to take a year.
- 2 CPD days for ACT's, 1 CPD for ACD's
