We are seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of:
CARE HOME MANAGER
The successful candidate, who is required immediately, will have the following qualifications:
RGN Current Registration
Proven track record of successful home management
Have strong clinical and marketing skills
Sound knowledge of RQIA and Care Standards
Dynamic & Enthusiastic
Duties to include the following:-
Participation in the development of objectives for the home and ensuring that those objectives are achieved and maintained
Overall responsibility for the day to day running of a registered care home and ensuring that it meets its statement of purpose
Supervising the professional work of all staff and ensuring that individual patient care provided is of the highest standard
Keeping abreast of all current developments ie. Legislation, Health Board requirements which may affect the management of the home
Salary is negotiable for the right candidate
