Cleaning Position in Rochester
The PCS Group is hiring!
We are looking for 2 reliable Cleaners to undertake a variety of cleaning tasks and keep a school environment clean and tidy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving people’s lives and will enjoy working within the cleaning industry. The goal is to help our client’s business maintain cleanliness and safety for those using their service.
Responsibilities
- Clean and perform tasks like sweeping, sweeping dust, and dirt from floors, floors, and bathrooms
- Clean and polish surfaces as needed to remove grime and prepare for the day’s use (e.g., kitchen counters, refrigerators)
- Vacuum and mop floors to remove dirt and waste
- Empty trash cans and dispose of garbage in a responsible manner
- Check for cleanliness of equipment while performing tasks to ensure quality service
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor, and in line with an agreed specification
Skills
- Proven experience as cleaner preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Manual dexterity able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and move around the facility quickly
- Currently Hold An Enhanced DBS Certificate But Not Essential
Requirements
- If Non British Must Hold & Have Right To Work In The UK Incl UK Gov Employment Share Code
- Morning Shift 5am - 8am (15 hours per week)
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £11.00 per hour
