My client has been purpose-built for residential and nursing needs, as well as being highly-suited for the requirements of people with dementia. This service is a part of an up and coming nationwide care provider, very often recognised for their high care standards. My client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced registered nurse Manager to over see the day to day running of this 81 bedded service. As the registered manager you will be responsible for ensuring that both staff and service users are in a safe environment that meets all regulatory standards, you will manage budgets, rotas, staffing etc. I am looking for a forward thinking manager that would be able to identify any problems quickly and efficiently and a manager that isn't afraid to be hands on clinically also. My client requires an experienced manager that is RGN/RMN registered, with previous experience of care home management. A competitive salary of £34,000 per annum is available for the successful candidate along side fantastic company benefits and bonus structure.
