Our dental practice in the wide! r Ballymena area are looking to recruit a Dental Receptionist on a part time basis. (1-2days per week-negotiable). Previous experience of working in Dental or Medical Practice is essential.
Duties:
Answering phones and dealing with client enquiries
Dealing with clients face to face
Booking appointments and sending out correspondance
Keeping patient records up to date daily
Typing letters
Scanning and photocopying confidential documents
Cash handling and credit card processing
Helping the dentists when required
All other admin duties as required
Essential Criteria:
at least 6 months previous experience of Dental or Medical receptionist within the last year is essential
5 GCSE's at Grade C+ including Maths and English
Desirable
Candidates who are studying towards a Dental Nurse qualification and have at least 4 months experience in a receptionist role will be considered
