• NewcastleJob SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking, motivated and dynamic Clinical Nurse Lead (RMN qualified), with a prov! en track record, to help the Home Manager in the running of our Care Home situated in Newcastle upon Tyne. The home compromises of 20 en-suite bedrooms and offers specialist care to adults who have been living with long term mental health issues for many years. The team works with the Service Users to develop individualised recovery plans, set goals and use tools such as the Recovery Star to help them track progress. As the Clinical Nurse Lead you will support the Home Manager in managing aspects of the Home's operations, delivering high quality care to service users in accordance with company standards and in compliance with regulatory and statutory obligations.

You will provide professional leadership and expertise in the delivery of Recovery focused services to the nursing and care staff as well as support the development and delivery of consistently high quality clinical and care services for service users with complex health and social care needs.Qualificati! ons• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) • Evidence of personal! and professional development • Degree or post graduate diploma (desirable)
