The Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board welcomes applications for the full time post of Nephrology & General Physician. This is a temporary post until 20 December 2013 with the successful candidate joining the nephrology team up to its full establishment of 3 consultants and 2 SpRÂ's, 3 CTÂ's and 2 FP1Â's supported by a team of Specialist nurses and a dedicated Renal Unit to provide a comprehensive service to patients across north west Wales.

Ysbyty Gwynedd is located on the doorstep of the Snowdonia National Park and the Menai Straits, and covers a rural area the size of Greater London. There are unique challenges in delivering high quality health care to this diverse population, and we are seeking a highly motivated team player to come and join a dynamic team of ! doctors, nurses and allied health professionals. We are lookin! g not only for a highly competent Â'all-rounderÂ' in terms of renal medicine, but also candidates who are keen to drive through improvements and link up with our colleagues across North Wales.

Terms and conditions are offered under the terms of the NHS Wales Medical and Dental Conditions of Service. The contract will be offered on a 10 session basis pending job planning discussions.

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is the largest health organisation in Wales, providing a full range of primary, community, mental health and acute hospital services for a population of around 676,000 people, across the six counties of North Wales (Anglesey, Gwynedd, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham) as well as some parts of mid-Wal! es, Cheshire and Shropshire.
