Black Fox Solutions is representing a Care Home Group that provides care and support for older people.
They are recruiting a Care Home Manager based in Cookstown area. Must have experience at a senior level within the healthcare sector, which includes direct line management, budget responsibilities, a good understanding of person centred care and an ability to support and manage staff teams.
Good communication and administration skills along with the ability to prioritise and cope with a busy and varied workload are essential. Above all you will need to demonstrate empathy towards older people and an understanding of their needs. You will be a 1st level nurse with proven management experience in a similar setting.
