Responsibilities, Duties and Tasks To ensure care is delivered in accordance to resident wishes adhering to policies and procedures. To be a vital team player and have a positive 'can do attitude’ Experience of compiling and deliverin! g Care Plans Support the Lead Nurse Have experience of a simil! ar environment Participate in team meetings and ability to communicate with individuals, families and outside organisations. Essential Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Have a valid PIN number Have experience of a similar setting The positions are 38 hour working week with the opportunity for overtime.
