role
we are looking for experienced scrub practitioners with proven experience of orthopaedics ideally within major orthopaedics to be able to scrub for joints
job responsibilities
practise according to the nmc code of professional conduct
assessing the care needs of patients
planning implementing and evaluating care for individual patients both pre and post operatively
ensure nursing care is delivered using an individualised approach
participate in the admission and discharge planning process in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team
ensure all patient documentation is accurate and comprehensive
maintain good communication with all health care staff and ensure prescribed treatment is carried out
undertake the safe custody and safe administration of medicin! es
the ideal candidate will have

- eligibility to work in the uk
- a satisfactory crb 1yr validity
- up to date mandatory training certificates
