Job description:
Our client is now looking to recruit an excellent Nursing Home Manager for their superb nursing home facility in County Down. The post holder will provide clinical nursing leadership within the nursing home
Responsibilities:
Operational management of the nursing home and its resources.
Clinical expertise through actively promoting a culture of education and practice development.
Guiding, instructing and monitoring professional nursing staff, student nurses, nursing care assistants and all other ancillary staff employed in the home.
Practicing in accordance with NMC codes, statutory requirements and the Nursing Homes Order 2005.
Required experience:
Candida! tes MUST be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC pin
Cand! idates must have at least two years experience at Sister/Charge Nurse or above
Previous experience of dealing with Elderly clients
Have a passion for caring for others
Have excellent organisational skills
